One to One Coaching

All my coaching is done over the phone. This is hugely convenient, you save time and money by cutting out all travel expenses. It limits visual distractions and my clients have said that it enables them to 'open up more'. And you can be anywhere in the world and still have me as your coach!

One to One Coaching means that you have me all to yourself (so to speak). There is no sharing our time with other participants and there is no hiding at the back of the class and letting other people do the work. One to One Coaching is all about you and you will get results!

For the best results I recommend an ongoing relationship for a minimum of three-months. We would have regular weekly or fortnightly calls each lasting approximately 45 minutes and between sessions you have unlimited email and short (10 minutes) telephone support.
